My interest and passion in exercise and nutrition has developed over the years through playing sport at an elite level. I played basketball competitively for over 10 years and during that time represented Great Britain and played on a full athletic scholarship in the U.S.A. Alongside competing as an international student athlete, I graduated with a first-class honours degree in Exercise Science which helps me understand our bodies and how they adapt and react to exercise. As well as gaining my degree, I qualified as a certified strength and conditioning coach which further enhanced my knowledge of the links between fitness, exercise, diet and health.

My background in both strength and conditioning and personal training enables me to accommodate all fitness levels, whether that be reducing body fat, gaining muscle, or sport specific performance. I pride myself on continuously educating myself and updating my knowledge to stay up to date with current research to ensure I am using the most effective ways to reach your goals.
